I had the most amazing time at this place! The owner of the caravan was seriously mind-blowing, like super helpful throughout our stay. The caravan itself was just jaw-dropping, so beautiful, and it was literally a stone's throw away from all the awesome facilities. And get this, there was hardly any noise, like it was the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility. Plus, they had dog-friendly areas everywhere, so we could bring our little man with us anywhere we went. The owner was like our savior, giving us all these helpful instructions on how to get there and even how to work the gas. And get this, they were reachable the WHOLE weekend if we had any questions about the epic club or cool entertainment on site. I am seriously telling all my friends about this place because I HIGHLY recommend it. We are definitely coming back, even though we had to leave to go back to work and school. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Beautiful caravan, helpful owner, great location near facilities. Dog-friendly areas were a bonus. Couldn't stay longer because of work and school, oh how I wanted to stay forever!

The owner of the place was amazing, super helpful and friendly. We got all the information we needed from them and they were always available to answer our questions. the caravan itself was beautiful, clean and cozy. We loved how close it was to all the facilities, so we could easily access everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect, not too noisy but still close to all the action. And the fact that it was dog-friendly made our stay even more enjoyable, as we could bring our furry friend with us everywhere.

The service staff from the resort could be a bit better. Some of them weren't very friendly or knowledgeable, and it seemed like they didn't really care about providing good customer service.

The owner of the caravan was so helpful with instructions, I felt like I was on a treasure hunt just to find my own bed! But hey, at least I didn't have to sleep on the floor!

I recently stayed at a beautiful caravan at Poolside Hideaway. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with clear instructions on how to get there and how to use the facilities. They were also easily reachable throughout our stay and answered all our questions about the on-site club and entertainment. The location was perfect, close to all the amenities but still peaceful. I loved that they had dog-friendly areas, making it easy for us to bring our furry friend along. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning!
